SK Enterprises is the sole owner of the information it gathers on its site. Protecting your privacy and your information is a top priority at SK Enterprises. We have taken careful measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of your information. Once we receive information that was entered into our web site, it is stored behind a firewall. All SK Enterprises employees are aware of our privacy and security policies. Your information is only accessible to those employees who need it in order to perform their jobs.

What information do we collect and store?

In general, SK Enterprises collects the following information:

1. We collect and store the IP address of site visitors as well as information relating to the time of day. This is commonly referred to as "clickstream data."
2. We also collect and store the IP address and time of day for each subsequent SK Enterprises Web page visited. This is commonly referred to as "clickstream data."
3. For users who register for SK Enterprises' Synapsis System, we collect and store Name, Company Name, Telephone Number, E-mail Address and Password.
4. Additionally, for registered users of Synapsis we may collect and store, at the user's sole discretion, various types of information supplied.

How is the information we collect and store used?

The information described above is used as follows:

1. "Clickstream data is used internally to track and analyze how visitor's to our Website are using the content we provide. This information remains anonymous as we take no steps to obtain identifying information other than the visitor's IP address.

Does SK Enterprises use cookies?

Yes, SK Enterprises makes use of cookies. However, cookies are only used for registered users of Synapsis at login time, and all cookies used are "session" cookies only, which means that the cookies are deleted (i) when the user terminates the browser application, or (ii) when the user logs out of Synapsis.

How can users control their information?

There are several ways for users to control information that is not anonymous.

• Because we only collect and store identifying information for users registered to use SK Enterprises' Synapsis System, as of October 30, 2003 registered user can manage their account online by clicking the "My Account" link in the Synapsis navigation area on the far left. Here users are able to add, delete, or modify "sub-accounts," modify their account information, and pay invoices online via credit card using SK Enterprises' secure server.
• For all users and Synapsis users prior to October 30, 2003, requests regarding user information can be made to info@skenterprisesinc.net.
• For user-specific information stored by us for registered Synapsis users, users can view all such stored information by navigating through the various areas of Synapsis. Should a registered Synapsis user desire to delete information previously stored that cannot be deleted within the Synapsis System, simply forward a request describing the information for which deletion is desired to info@skenterprisesinc.net.

What about policy changes?

If we are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection through this Web site, we will notify you via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already collected through our site, we will post a prominent notice on our web site notifying users of the change.

What if there is a complaint?

For all complaints regarding the use of services offered by SK Enterprises, users may avail themselves of the following resources:

1. Complaints should first be addressed via e-mail to info@skenterprisesinc.net, or via regular mail to SK Enterprises, P.O. Box 9781, Denver, CO 80209.
2. If you do not feel that SK Enterprises has adequately responded to a complaint, you may refer the complaint to the Denver Better Business Bureau.
