The Address Manager functions like a normal address book. You can store names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and other information you need for easy retrieval from any Web browser, anywhere!

You can input entries one-at-a-time, or you can upload your entire address list at once. Address Manager is integrated with Contact Manager to allow you to easily manage information relating to people you contact.
The Address Manager main page is comprised of four separate areas that show an alphabet for retrieving entries by first letter of the last name; a main area, which intially displays the entry screen (for multiple entries via a delimited text file, or single entry via Web form); the current month of your calendar; and your list of tasks ordered by priority (Task Manager). Clicking on a day for the Calendar will bring up any events or appointments currently scheduled for that day.
Clicking on a letter displays the last name and first name all entries whose last name begins with that letter. Clicking on a last name displays all of the information contained for that entry and a form that allows you to easily and quickly edit and update any information for that entry, or delete the entry entirely. A checkbox and textbox are also provided that allow you to add information for that entry to your E-mail Manager and/or add the entry to a particular E-mail Group. Navigation buttons are provided to allow you to return to the display page for the letter selected, or to return to the address entry page.
The navigation bar on the left allows you to easily switch between different modules of the CMS.
