The Calendar Manager allows users to keep their scheduled meetings or other appointments on an easy-to-use, Web-based calendar system.
The Calendar Manager consists of three viewing panels. The left panel displays the user's calendar (the default is the current month for the current user) and to view any other user's calendar. Clicking on a day of the month displays, in the left panel, the selected user's schedule for that particular day. Also displayed is a section ("Add a Calendar Appointment") that allows the user to place a calendar entry on any user's calendar with the ability to make the entry "private" by clicking the "Make Private" checkbox. Making an entry "private" makes the entry unviewable by other users.
The top right panel displays the current user's contact list listed by date from most recent. The bottom right panel displays the current user's tasks, ordered by priority.
