Introduction to S K Enterprises' Task Manager

The Task Manager is designed to provide users with ability to establish, list, and manage their tasks (to-do lists, priorities, goals). Users are able to enter specific tasks and set task's priority, start date and end date. Specific tasks are then displayed in the Task Manager, Calendar Manager, and E-mail Manager.

Task Manager contains three panels. The left panel is the Task List display area and contains the following:

• List display. Identifies the current user, displays a row for each task showing Priority, Start-Date, End-Date, and Task.
• Checkboxes for marking a task or tasks for deletion.
• A "Delete Tasks" button.
• Selection buttons for use in re-sorting the task list, which is initially sorted by Priority from highest to lowest. The list can be re-sorted by Priority (ascending), Start-Date (ascending or descending) or End-Date (ascending or descending).
• A form for adding a task to any user's task list. Fields include Priority Start-Date, End-Date, and Task. Currently, a user can only view his/her own task list

The upper right panel initially displays the current month of the current user's calendar, which can be changed using the User ID and Month-Year selector in the bottom right panel. Clicking a day on the calendar opens the selected user's schedule for that dya in the left panel. Task Manager is re-entered by clicking the Task Manager link in the navigation bar on the left.
